Professor Nobuaki Matsunaga Kobe University, Graduate School of International Cooperation visited Pakse- Japan SME SEZ.

Professor Nobuaki Matsunaga has been in Laos for two years since 2003, and he has been a major achievement as a long term expert of JICA project for supporting the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at the National University of Laos.

In addition, Prime Minister’s Decree No. 177 (which defines the organization, activities, and basic policies related to Savan- Seno SEZ and Pakse -Japan SME SEZ), in which is translated into Japanese Language by him and it is favored by many Japanese companies.
