On July 23, H.E.Dr. Souphanh Keomixay, the Minister of Planning and Investment of the Lao PDR came to visit the development and construction of the infrastructure area 1 in the first phase (13 ha) under construction. The development and construction of the infrastructure area 1 will be completed at the end of August 2017.
