The first tenant ”Sanko Lao” (subsidiary company of Sanko Construction Co., Ltd. in Okayama, Japan) held a ground-breaking ceremony.

On April 27, 2017, the first tenant “Sanko Lao” is a subsidiary company of Sanko Construction Co., Ltd. held a ground-breaking ceremony for their concrete products plant. “Sanko Lao” is a subsidiary company of Sanko Construction Co., Ltd. (Okayama, Japan) which deals with building and civil engineering works, and Okayama Concrete Industrial Co., Ltd.

The business license was obtained from the local authorities in November 2016, and the total area is 1.23 hectares of land were acquired in March of this year.

The plant is expected to be completed in the next spring.
